My pay dates had changed and missed my payment date but paid my bill within 14 days to avoid late payment fee as per Virgin Media terms.
Same again the next month but when I signed in to pay my bill within the 14 days of my payment date I had a double bill plus a late payment fee. It's as if I hadn't paid last month's bill.
Anyway, I paid the double bill plus late payment fee to avoid further fees as I know how incompetent the cs agents are at resolving issues.
I've contacted 2 cs agents and made a complaint but still haven't got them to comprehend the situation and being told they will wave the late payment fee as a gesture of good will.
The fact is, the bill was paid and I've provided evidence of the payments.
Do I report this to the Ombudsman to try and get this resolved or just go through my bank. (I have the evidence and receipts)
