Doors stepped by Virgin field sales rep.

I made an initial telephone enquiry with a view to re-joining virgin and within 24hrs a field sales rep was at my door. I agreed to join virgin taking broadband and streaming TV at his discounted cost of £40/month as opposed to the advertised £45/month, he also agreed to credit me £100 for my Sky cancellation fee. To date I am still being billed at £45/month and there is no sign of the £100 credit and my field sales rep friend is no longer taking my messages. I can support all of this with evidence via my Whatsapp conversation with the guy. I have raised a complaint with virgin which they have basically ignored and resolved it by telling me to read the T&C's around billing (not good enough). I can't get to speak to anyone at Virgin, it's like banging your head up a brick wall. Where do I go from here?

If you agree to costs like this you must get a written confirmation of all the details, otherwise it’s just you word against theirs.
