Disconnection day - what happens?

Today is my disconnection day I no they can't give a time when everything will go of but my landline has been disconnected but the TV and broadband are still working I assumed everything would just go of at the same time?

If you have a separate phone line, then yes, it could be terminated earlier than your BB circuit.  When I left, the BB circuit just cut off during the day at some point.  I didn't take a note of the time, but as you say, they can't really give a time.

my experience was that the phone was cut off first thing in morning and broadband & TV stayed on all day until very late in the evening (ie all day). I've seen some other posts mentioning that broadband stays connected all day on the last day too.

Can someone from the forum team please help? It's been all day and evening and the broadband and TV still hasn't been disconnected

Think mine was near midnight when it went.....

It literally went off just after midnight so thank you for your help
