i am having a problem with my Virgin Bill. i agreed to your offer that you sent see below
"Thanks for coming back to me Karen, I will see if I can get the price a tiny bit lower for the issues that you had in replying to me but to let you know that your contracted price would be £60.75 but I will be able to add an extra discount that would be applied monthly on what we call a rolling credit, so the rolling credit would be added seperately to your contract, your contracted price would always be £60.75 but the rolling credit will be added to make sure that you pay no more than £48.75 per month, I can confirm that in writing to you via email to confirm that you would be paying no more than £48.75 per month due to a rolling credit being added."
and i got my bill in Decmber for around £58 which is higher than agreed but thought ok maybe its due to a crossover in the agreement but now i just got a bil through for £71.25 i am not happy about this. It is way more than i would have been paying with Sky or BT can you please find out why the deal you sent me and i agreed too is not been given to me Kind regards
