Am trying to register my online account but on the page to complete my profile when registering, I get the DEF01 error code- I have tried on two different browsers on two different devices and urgently need to complete this to manage my bills

Did you get resolution to your problem? As there are a LOT of people with this error code, could anyone give me an indication of the timeline for resolution of the problem and access to My Account? Am I looking at days, weeks or months for a resolution?

I had to ring up customer services and get them to log a ticket and somehow it got resolved (they just left me a voicemail saying try again) and then it worked. The response on this forum was useless, it took two days of back and forth and they couldn’t get past security checks, complete waste of time
