I've been waiting for over two weeks for credit to be applied to my account for eight days of total loss of service. I have messaged numerous times (with them promising credit would be applied within 2-3 days) with no resolution. They still want this months payment from me despite the fact they owe me £94.96 credit, it's very frustrating now.
can someone assist please?.

Under the auto comp reg's, VM is allowed up to 30 days, from the point when your service was restored, in which to credit your account.
But you are right to keep asking about it as VM is often unreliable in paying up what is owed as described in the topics on here.
