can't get to talk to anyone about removing the TV from our package. Wasted hours on Saturday and Monday (today) on endless, unanswered chats

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
Sorry to hear you are having trying to get in touch with the team to remove TV from your package.

We tend to not deal with package changes on our community. However, I'd like to investigate this for you as you've been trying without any success.
