I’ve just renewed my contract which is going to cost me more each month, Only to find my current contract doesn’t run out until February 2025. I clicked on an email this morning saying my contract was about to end. I do not want to change this if I have this amount of time left on my existing contract. I should not of been sent an email this early before my contract ends. I would like this renewal cancelled. How do I go about this?

Strictly speaking, your contract doesn't ever end until/unless you explicitly give 30days cancellation notice. That said, I'm guessing you last re-contracted sometime around August 2023, and thus have a minimum term until around Feb 2025.
I'm further assuming that you probably received an email offering you to "renew at the same price" or something similiar. All distance sales in the UK (telesales & online-based) come with a statutory 14days "change of mind" right of return, and VM services are no exception.
