I was trying to view my contract online and I got an error message telling me I cannot view my contract online:


Unfortunately we don't have a digital copy of your current contract.
This may be because your contract dates back to before 2018 or you requested paper. You can read your Terms and Conditions here.

I've been able to view my contract in the past.  
I need access to my contract as I do not have a paper copy of it.

Thank you for your post, welcome to the Community Forums.

How strange, when did you last enter a new contract with us? If your previous contract has expired and you're now on a rolling 30 day contract, this may be why you cannot view it online.

You don't happen to have a staff or MatesRates package do you?
