Contract update

Hey guys

Contract ended today,and via my virgin media,this morning I took up an offer on a reduced price.i have received a confirmation email,however my new contract is yet to show on my homepage,and the offer of a new reduced contract is still showing.Should I be concerned,or does the new contract take a certain amount of time before showing on my virgin media homepage?

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

If you've renewed online through My VM or via an email offer that was sent to you, once you've agreed to the terms and conditions, you'll be sent a pre-contract and the order then goes to a back office team who apply the deal. This can take up to 14 days to process and they'll send you an email confirming the change has been made. 

As these offers are online exclusive, the Sales or Customer Services team won't have visibility of them. 

Once it's been 14 days, if the new contract hasn't been put in place, pop back and let us know and we can check things further for you.

I took up the offer via my virgin media,and agreed to terms and conditions before proceeding,I then had X2 emails,one for pre contract documents,and one confirming the order,there was nothing for me to send back,so I assume order was finalised?

My latest bill now has a partial month charge,and under one off payment costs,it mentions 18mth contract term,so it does look like everything has gone through,however,when I click the link for My Contract,I can only see my last one,and the letter informing me of that ending.I still have a link offering the option of changing my package as I am Out of Contract,therefore,I don't suppose it's possible you could confirm whether or not my new contract has been put into place?would be much appreciated.
