I have just renewed my contract, but although my email is correct for my sign in and I receive notifications and bills etc on the correct email, it said my new contract has been sent to an old email address I no longer have access to.
How can this be updated?

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums. Sorry to hear your contract has been sent to an old email address. We can send you a copy of your contract to your new email address, to do this we would need to bring you in for a private message. Please look out for the envelope on the top right of your web browser or if you are using a mobile device, it will be located under your profile icon.
