Contract does not match pre contract

Hi, I've wasted a loooot of time on the phone renegotiating my contract and am crossing everything that somebody from VM can help me on here to stop me having to call again!

My pre-contract gave me a new monthly charge of £44.22 per month but the contract then came through at £47.46 per month. There was no explanation for the difference.

Please can somebody help without me having to take time out of my work day to call again? 🤞
