Contract Change

Received message about a month ago that contract was ending 29/11 (subsequently todays date) decided to continue with current package, although approx £10 more. Woke up this morning to find out Bill for last month at higher approx £40!! also asking for this months, can someone contact me, i have only just paid what I think im due, rest has to be taken off

I signed the email stating i would continue contract at cheaper version!
