Hello.
My mother in law cancelled her entire Virgin services and switched to another broadband provider.
These calls are originating from 02037436970 and getting tiresome and tired of them ringing my partners phone. I've told them once we're not interested in re joining and it's now it's getting to the point where it's becoming ridiculous.
Would a mod be able to sort this? Her account is due to close when services are disconnected and equipment sent back. Absolute absurd.

As this can only be updated by the account holder, can you get them to log in to the online account for me - virg.in/myVM and update the marketing preferences.
