Confusing Renewal Offer
Hi,
I have a renewal offer in my virginmedia account which seems good. However, my current deal that is expiring includes Netflix standard that I pay £5 per month to upgrade to Premium. However the offer makes no mention of Netflix anywhere. Also I do not want the O2 sim again and it is not clear whether this is part of the Mega TV bundle. I am currently on Maxit. Can you help as online chat and the call centre have not been able to tell me this.
