Confirm installation/ no contract or zone code/ cant do anything

I hope Virgin team can help me. I have only received an order for service to be installed on January 23. I want to confirm this, but I do not have any contract number or zone so I cannot talk to anyone about it.

Customer order number VM4282877502

 

I hope someone can confirm that on January 23 I will get the installation done and the rest of the information for accesing my account
