I have had 7 weeks hassle of picture break up problems which are now (hopefully) resolved, part of the solution was a free upgrade to a V6 box, I then noticed on my bank transactions I had been charged a £99 fee. In my case it showed £180+ instead of my normal £80+ so easy to miss. Always check what they are charging you in case they get it wrong. Now resolved this if the phone contact has carried out what they promised. Impossible to speak to the billing section though as only recorded messages processed. Had to go through retentions to speak to a human being. Getting harder to deal with these people.

Thanks for your post @Ashburnian, and I'm sorry to hear of the issues experienced with the billing of the services from Virgin Media.
I understand that this may have been raised with one of my colleagues and has since been resolved.
Is this correct, or does this matter require further attention?

Thanks for your response, hopefully this has been dealt with by phone, I won’t really know until my next bill date (22nd) which should be zero plus a credit of £11+ to balance the charging error. Maybe you can check this for me.
