I am trying to change my Virgin Media sign in email address to my wife's email address.
I tried this online in the account settings and she received an email with a link to log in.
She tried to login but was told the password didn't match. I didn't change the password.
I can still access the account but can't change anything as it states I recently tried to change the log in email
How is this resolved as we appear to be going round in circles?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Apologies for the issues that you are having with your online account and changing the log in details, I am afraid we would not be able to do this for you, we can change the password of the account so that when you confirm the email change, your wife's account should be able to log in to finalise the confirmation of changes. To do this we would need to bring you in for a private message.
