Changing package

I spoke to someone called Daniel on Sunday as my package was coming to an end. He offered me a new package that involved changing my O2 mobile monthly payment in order to get the new package. Daniel said he would amend my current bill and call me back to confirm but nothing new is showing up on my account and he hasn’t called me back. Please help.

Sorry to hear that the agent hasn't called you back to continue with your new deal. 

When did you speak with the agent about the deal please? Did the also provide a time frame at all of when to expect a call back from them?

Thank you for getting back to me Carly. I spoke to Daniel on Sunday. O2 rang me on Monday to change my mobile package to enable me to have the deal that Daniel offered. Daniel told me he would ring me between 12-8 as those were his hours this week. He said he would adjust my September bill accordingly but this has not been done yet.

Okay, so the agent advised he would call you sometime this week between those times?

We'd ask that you allow the agent the timeframe they've advised to call back to pass. Package changes isn't something that we're able to support with on the community forums, however should you not hear back by the end of Sunday, let us know on here and we can look into this further.
