I logged on to my Virgin Media Account as I wished to report a change in my mobile phone number as I have bought a new mobile phone - the phone is not a Virgin Media Phone.
I could not find where the current mobile number is stored (Again not Virgin Media)
The only place in Account Settings where I could find a number was in ‘Marketing and Contact Preferences’.
However there, the Contact Number is my Virgin Landline Number, which I do not want to touch.
My current mobile number must be on record, as I occasionally receive marketing texts from Virgin Media on that mobile number.
I am keeping my old phone as backup.
Any help would be much appreciated.
