Changed contract and new bill high

I have accepted a new contract on the app as my current package term was due to finish. 

The 1st bill since change has come out but rather than £76 the amount taken was £112. The bill does say there has been a change but I can not see where it confirms future bills will be the correct amount?

I do have the contract on email which has the correct amount?
