Cant get incorrect address changed

cyberleish
Tuning in

The postal address on my virgin media account has never been correct (the house number and post code are wrong).  I tried with no success to change it when I signed up in 2012 but nothing I could do would get them to correct it, not a problem as the broadband was connected and I received and paid my bills.  Now to get VOLT the address on virgin media and O2 must match, and yet again there seems nobody willing or able within Virgin media to correct the address.  I have spent 4 hours today being bumped between customer services and the movers team over and over with one saying they don't know how to change it and the other saying they can only change it if i have actually moved (from the nonexistent address to the correct one).  I mean I coulc possibly go into O2 and put wrong addresses in all our phone accounts but that hardly seems a solution.

Good Morning cyberleish, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this, also a warm welcome to the community.

I have taken a look and I can see after this post you've spoke to the team , did they manage to get this resolved for you? Cheers

New around here?

I was told the address was changed and to wait 4 or 5 working days, but that time has come and gone, it's really difficult to see what address is attached to my account, it doesn't appear anywhere online.  I was advised to look at the latest bill but when I try and look at the bill either online or by downloading all I get is the oops message page.  I know Volt is still not active, which is the primary reason for trying to get the address corrected in the first place.

On our wavelength

This is really serious, I have exactly the same problem, but I'm struggling to completely terminate all Virgin services, never get anything else from them.

Hi @londonarnold,

As we mentioned on another thread you made, we can see that you've been in contact with one of our colleagues via private message about your concerns. Please respond to their last message and they can assist further from there.

Thanks,
