I sent a letter in December 2023 to cancel my virgin media contract.
Not heard nothing then received a bill bolling period 20th January
On the bill it says sorry to see you go.
And something about returning the kit
My land line was disconnected about 3 weeks ago and still paying for the phone
today all the channels went off,but wifi still connected
What I want to know is when will my disconnect day be.
I have heard nothing.
I been with VM for many years but I'm not happy at all.
All I want to know is this my last bill?
Also want to know my disconnect date
So I can goyto another provider.

I would seriously think about making contact with your future intended ISP..... * as soon as * ..seeing as VM have disconnected your services ..no ISP will use the VM cabling except themselves ..I would go ahead it could be sometime yet before say another ISP can complete and help you .... just saying ..😃
