I cancelled virgin media with an agreed cancellation date of 28/12/2023. However, I've just seen I've been given a bill for January and had a debit order go off my account.
What is this about?
Worse yet, there is absolutely no way to contact virgin other than going onto a community forum.
I will of course chase my money back, but I can't wait to see the back of Virgin Media, they're probably one of the worst companies I've dealt with in a long time! The shear arrogance to have no way for customers to communicate with the company other than a public community forum, it still shocks me.
Can someone from Virgin please help me!
