Cancelled Virgin Media - But had a payment taken off the next month

I cancelled virgin media with an agreed cancellation date of 28/12/2023. However, I've just seen I've been given a bill for January and had a debit order go off my account. 

What is this about? 

Worse yet, there is absolutely no way to contact virgin other than going onto a community forum. 

I will of course chase my money back, but I can't wait to see the back of Virgin Media, they're probably one of the worst companies I've dealt with in a long time! The shear arrogance to have no way for customers to communicate with the company other than a public community forum, it still shocks me. 

Can someone from Virgin please help me!

    I'm sorry to hear of the issue with the billing of the services, beyond the disconnection date.
