I have recently moved house to a property that has no access to virgin so had to cancel my services. I have been charged a termination fee which i was told i would get refunded for when i send proof of my new address, which i sent on the 13th of may via email to homemovers@virginmedia.co.uk, since i sent the email i have heard nothing since so i'm wanting to know why. It doesn't take nearly two weeks to read an email and send me a reply stating wether my proof was ok or i needed to send some other proof.
