Unfortunately I have decided to cancel my account due to unforeseen circumstances. The disconnection date is 18th Feb but was wondering if it would be possible to delay for a week at all to the 25th? It shouldn't affect the final bill etc as we aren't extending into another month.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
