I've cancelled my Virgin Services and moved to Sky, they have dealt with the switch. I have received multiple emails from Virgin acknowledging the switch but haven't received a cancellation date. My new service changed on the 23rd of October, with a virgin billing date on the 11th of November. When will my service with Virgin be cancelled?

AIUI, your old service should end on the day the new service starts under OTS. See

Thanks. My account doesn't seem to indicate any change and my virgin service was still working after new service started. Can a mod confirm this cancellation.

A few recent topics on here have mentioned VM has some teething issues for some customer using OTS. A VM forum person should reply to this topic (typically within a few days) and may offer to look into it for you to confirm the cancellation.
