Can’t pay my bill

I can’t seem to go onto my bills and pay my bill, they have cut me off as I missed a payment and I’m trying to pay and can’t get onto the billing to do it. I’ve even tried paying over the phone and it says there’s a technical problem, and I can’t message them as that doesn’t work either. So I’m unsure what to do 🤷🏼‍♀️

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your account, while trying to pay your bill.
