Can't logon to my Account

I can't logon to my Virgin Media Account from my Laptop - tried using Edge and Firefox browsers, cleared cache etc., and all I get is spinning!!!

    There's no known faults this end. I've also just tried signing into my own and it's worked. 

    Did you manage to get in?

    Have you been able to access the app at all?

      I have not been able to access my Virgin Media Account from my laptop, I have even downloaded Chrome and tried with that but that doesn't work either!

        Sorry to see you are still not able to access your online account ☹.

        What happens after you clear the cache and cookies, then try it on a private browsers? 

        Apart from the browsers just spinning does it show any error codes?

        Have you tried downing the app through your phone?

        Which laptop are you using which is not working? 

  • Tried your suggestions but still just getting spinning - no error codes! I am able to get on my account using my Iphone but I have poor eyesight and find it very difficult! I am using my HP Pavilion running Windows 11 (all up to date). I am able to access all other websites, including Virgin Community!!!

      If you have been able to access MY VM on your iPhone then the issue may be with the HP. So we know for sure, do you have any other devices you could try logging in from?
