Can't find WS or CH order reference

Hi,

I need the order reference number (starting with WS or CH) for top cashback uk.

 

I can't find this on any email, email attachment, letter, or in the app.

 

The only advice I've seen is to make a call, but honestly I don't want to sit in a queue for over an hour for a number which apparently should have been sent to me multiple times.

 

I've scoured all these documents and there's not even a reference to an order number or order reference so I no don't really understand what is going on.

I am so sorry to hear that you have been unable to locate your order reference. Have you received a welcome email or contract through via email from us? 

When was the order placed? 

The broadband was set up about a month ago already, and is working fine.

 

Order was placed 15th July. I received several emails on that and following day, but none show the order reference number, and I can't find any numbers starting with WS or CH

In this case, to best look into this, we have sent you a private message. Please keep an eye out for an envelope at the top right corner of your Forum page. Let me know if you have any issues locating this.
