Can't disable Marketing consent

Whenever I untick the "Sounds good! Keep me up to date" box under marketing consent and click "Save Changes", the webpage gives me the error. "Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again later.".

I just want to stop the marketing calls.

I've been trying for a few weeks now with different browsers and no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Ryan2123

Have you tried using the My Virgin Media app on a mobile or tablet instead?  If not please try logging in using that method. Scroll down the Home page and click on Account Settings, and on the next screen click on Marketing and contact preferences. Then scroll down and untick the 'Sounds good! Keep me up to date' radio box. Then click on Save changes.
