I have bought a new Gigaset phone with an answerphone and have been advised that Virgin Media need to disable the Virgin answerphone service provided to that number so I can use the ECO dect function. I am not able to do this when I login into my Account. I don't want to spend hours trying to sort this out and not at all technical so hoping someone will be able to sort it out for me?
