Can’t Register A New Account

Hi, 

Just wondering if anyone can help - it’s not letting me register for a new VM account online, keeps saying something has gone wrong and won’t let me past the password stage. 

Tried calling up but obviously you need to have created an account to access it - can’t see my bills, know how much I owe/need to pay, really stressing me out because everyday I’m worried my WiFi will be cut off! 

 

Can someone please help me?

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
