Please can someone advise me how to report and deal with a cable having been cut by a builder? Having problems contacting 150 - it's on behalf of my elderly mother who needs the help. Thanks

Keep trying 150, it can take 2 or 3 days for a VM staff member to get to your post as this board is not the prime place for reporting problems.
