Hi.
I ordered this upgrade to 1gb on 7th March 2024 and got all contracts etc. Nothing since and nothing showing on my orders on virgin media and no new hub arrived.
Upgrading as 350mb not reaching my office in tiny bungalow so want better hub and WiFi extenders if needed.
How do I check all ok with my order?
