Broadband charges

Hi I have just signed up to virgin broadband at £29.99 per month 256m now when all the contracts came through it now says it will cost £ 60.0 per month how is this possible to advertise one charge and then double it the debit order also says £60.00 can't speak to anyone as I am a new customer 

Has anyone else had this problem

In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
