So my latest bill was generated today, as is the usual case - I manually pay my bill as soon as it's generated however, going to pay my bill this morning and it's telling me it's already been paid and that an amount has been applied to this bill already.
I wasn't aware of there being any credit or anything I had but if possible, would just like some clarity on whether my bill is actually paid for this month and that it's not something I need to worry about.

Hey Reneqxde, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.
Please remember we do bill a month in advance, could you have over paid one time?
If you have over paid one month the amount would stay on the account for the next bill payment,
Where is it showing that you have paid on your online account?
Could it also be pending of your bank statement, if you have paid by cash via the shops it can take 5 days to reach us.

On the My Virgin Media app it's showing that it's as "paid" once I click on the bill amount to go and pay it - the website is also saying the exact same, that it's been paid already but I've not had any notifications to say its been paid(I usually get a text & email to confirm)

Okay let me send you a DM and we can take a look.

Well, so muxh for this been straightforward - I should've known this would end up happening. Last months bill has shown as paid right up until now, we've gotten to my next bill being due and now I owe 2 months of payments. Makes it worse that even the automated payment line kept telling me I had no payments due when I had the issue in the first place.
