I struggle with declining health, having been bullied into a breakdown from my former workplace. This has affected me physically, mentally as well as fluctuating eyesight. The last 6 months have seen a steep deterioration.
A little while ago i was worried about money, my savings has ran out and a deal was agreed, which I thought was set in stone moving forward. Difficulties with day to day mean managing these things can be a problem, and anxiety is a constant worry when it factors in.
I'd previously switched to paper billing with the larger 'blind' font/mailing, which I noticed had stopped and had been replaced by something I couldn't read.
The deal I agreed was £42pm, and now billing is £72.
I had no idea this was coming, or that my current deal would change, I'm distraught and need to speak to someone please.
