Being billed incorrectly

Hi David,

I renewed my contract and bill was supposed to be £33 as per the agreement and confirmation email. But I am charged £64.18 in error. Could you please help resolve the issue. It is surprising that basic renewals are handled this badly. seems the person who renewed hasnt updated the system.

Hi Martin, 

I have similar issue, I have renewed my contract. And the confirmation email states as agreed that I will be charged £33 but the first bill shows I am charged £64.18 and will be charged same for the contract. I am genuinely upset that basic renewals are so carelessly handled. Its just a quick check made me realise this overcharging. Just seems its deliberate given the amount issues I had since moving the service 18 months ago. Please advice.
