Area fault on TV and broadband services for 2nd time in 2 months. Last time the fault lasted 4 days, were told we would receive compensation..of course this wasn't then applied to the bill and when queried were told the faukt hadn't lasted long enough for compensation as we were sent texts saying it was fixed (when website was clearly showing it wasn't). We were able to send screenshot to prove it and told it will now be applied. (Not holding my breath)
Services have been off again now for last 24 hours.....same issue, text saying its fixed, website showing its not. What's going on? Can't do another long spell with no Internet affecting work shedule and living with demented kids!
