Virging restricted my service, when I try to contact them they just ask for payment, which is not due until March 20 2024

Have you tried calling Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and select the "leaving option" and speaking to retentions. Best time to call is at 8am when the lines open.
