Today I agreed a 18 month renewal. It was a increase in price so I requested it starts on 14 September (date my previous contract expired). So my new contract should start on 14/09/2024 and run until 14/03/2026.
I have just got my new contract emailed to me and it starts today 23/07/2024 and runs 18 months until 23/01/2026. How can I get this amended as I want to stay on my current package until 14/09/2024 as new renewal is more expensive.
