I also seem to have been charged an activation fee? I think I know what it's for and I shouldn't have an activation fee. When I bought my Volt bundle it was supposed to include a Hub 5, Virgin had none so the engineer installed a Hub 4. I since got in touch with Virgin CS to have a Hub 5 sent to me which apparently needs "activating" which was automatically done after I plugged it in, but at no point was I told I would be charged £35 for this, nor should I be being charged at all to activate equipment that was SUPPOSED to have come with my broadband package to begin with.
I also seem to have had late payment charges dumped on my account for not paying a bill that as far as I was aware, had been taken from my bank account...
