So my bank was frauded to the sum of 2000 and I was left unable to pay my bill, I was given a 24hours grace period due to my partner agreeing to pay it as the services were restricted. She Has since paid the balance, it's showing on her banking app.. yet our services have been restricted again. We have a severely disabled none verbal 4 year old who uses an electronic device connected to the Internet to communicate with so this is not what we need right now

Can you please confirm when the payment was made exactly and by what method?
