Hi, I am supposed to have two credits on my account, the one I agreed when I joined for having to pay off my previous supplier and another due to my unhappiness of the pre install happening the day after signing up. I cannot see these credits on my account, can someone tell me where these should show?

We can see that you have recently been speaking with Gareth regarding the issues with the installation. We'd recommend dropping him another message so we can look into this for you and chat with the Pre Installation Team if needed.
