So unfortunately my saga with Virgin continues
I have been promised account credit and both times it hasn’t been applied. This resulting in a bounced direct debit with another company.
im still waiting for it to hit my account but I have no faith.
I have been refused delayed activation compensation because it want Virgin media’s fault, yet it was their engineer that wired my property up to the wrong pole and I have CCTV footage of this, yet they refuse to accept responsibility.
they have also closed my complaint without any resolution only a letter saying that because they haven’t heard from me in 28 days they have closed the complaint. Maybe if Virgin would reach out then maybe they would see I’m not happy with the service.
so after getting that off my chest does anyone know where I can get some actual help?
