Had a phone call (one time offer) negotiate changes to my contract and the price going up to 125 from 117 (i am actually paying 109) plus the O2 cost of 31 pounds as part of Volt
Shall i just ignore this, as I have 5 months left on my contract)
Difficult to understand on the phone so asked her to phone back in 24 hours.
Surely it would be to my benefit to stay in contract for 5 months then rengotiate in less than 5 months time
Strange way of doing business, anyone else experiencing this as she says the type of bundles i have are no longer available
Just a load of hype about more channels and increasing my bb speed frm 600 to 1meg which i dont need

Any advice appreciated

Hi there @g0fyd
Thank you so much for your post and welcome back to the forums, it's great to have you here.
I am so sorry that you have had this experience and thank you again for your post. Our teams will sometimes reach out if they have an offer that they feel may be beneficial to you. We do usually recommend reaching out when you have around 1 month left on your contract to arrange the best deal, but if the team see a suitable offer and you are marked to receive marketing calls they may call to offer. You can reject any offers made of course at your own discretion but we cannot guarantee these same offers would be available in the future should you not accept them at the time.
