Hi, I am the account holder, I changed my package at the beginning of February. I had this contract email through to say I would be paying £45 on my march bill and £8 the month after followed by £27 for ten months, or 8 months, depending on how the system processes the info.
The bill has just come in at £63 and I have no idea why. The man at the call center said April's bill would be 0 which at least means it is swapping over, but I have doubts that it will come in at the price listed. Please can someone help.
