Just signed up with £26.50 / month broadband with £80 bill credit and due to be install end of this month. Just checked my online account bill but don't seem to have any bill credit redeemed at all. How this work? Was told before sign up that it will be redeemed monthly until all used up. Heard a few complaints about this

Now I can't see anything. I was able to see my bill and breakdown earlier but nothing I can see now

Can I ask what you see now when you log into the account? If you have not yet been installed then the first bill may not have been generated yet.
