I had virgin TV installed a couple of years ago, and a second box was included but I had nowhere to put it at that time. The engineer advised to call when I was ready to have it installed. I've had a garden room built and would like the 2nd box in there, how do I arrange the install with Virgin as I can't find any way of contacting them.

When your original box was installed, did the engineer leave you with the additional box at the property so it's there ready or did he just advise to call us when you were ready to have it installed?
